  1. Just rented one… it is nice looking…. but it turns like crap. Something odd about the drivers side windshield panel… its too think. Maybe that's why they have that blind spot sensor… idk

  2. I bought the SR midnight edition about 1 month ago .. I actually like the altima it's really good on gas and it's sporty looking … adding tint makes a difference…. I just don't understand why so many people complain about the CVT 🤷🏿‍♂️

  3. The best looking Altima was the 2005 & 2006 model.. I had a 2005 Altima and I prefer it over the newer ones (from 2007-present). They look and feel more solid inside & just simply look better imo. My friend had a 2014 Altima & it felt and looked cheap

  4. Shifting can be a real problem it's very odd however it's smooth. The car has been very good value. I have the SV. I downgraded from an Acura after my massive student loan debt began unreasonable. If I had the leather option I think it would have been very comparable. Although the car has been suitable, I do look forward to something else. This one was very boring for me.

  5. No USB, cruise control, or even backup camera, whaaaa! I understand the base model has the least features, but come the fuck on..

Even my shitty junker from 95, which is also a base model has cruise control.

  6. Hey Zach, can you comment on the Emergency braking? I have heard some of the newer Safety Systems such as Emergency braking can be rather obtrusive. How did this one do you your testing? I had the SV model as a rental while my Nissan was getting worked on and the Blind Spot Monitoring was a nice to have feature and saved my bacon on at least a couple of occasions. 🙂
